It works. We tested it at my son's training today. At minus 5 degrees, it maintained the temperature. The heat lasted for 3 hours. My son plays football. The training was individual, so 2 hours of intense training. For our needs, it's great. The only downside is that when taking it off, the bag tore. My rating is based on the heating time and the tear. In general, it's nice. The fill just spilled out. Shoes stayed clean.

At first, they’re crazy. They heat intensely, even burn the fingers, but after several minutes stabilize, though in the sock your toes still get grilled. They work for a few hours, useful in pockets, gloves, socks, even a hat. Recommended for a short time.

Nice compact warmer for a small price. Thanks to its small size, it can be carried anywhere—whether in a pouch or backpack. Small, but improves thermal comfort.

The warmers probably saved me from freezing during camping out in the forest under the open sky at -10°C ;) I stuck them to my thermal shirt under my arms, on my chest, and on the inside of my thighs. They heat up quickly. At first, they were too hot and almost burned, but later, it was really cozy. The downside is the warmth lasted only for 2-3 hours, but maybe in such cold I just couldn’t feel the heat anymore. They don’t work in shoes because there’s no air access. I used up a lot of them during the night, but overall I recommend them—probably better this than hypothermia.

They heat up wonderfully, for outdoor trips or cold days at home they're essential. They've also come in handy for emergency use when working at the computer when my fingers started to freeze. :) I give four stars due to temperature differences depending on the location or exposure of the warmers to air—for example, in shoes they may not heat as well as you'd want, and in open air they might slightly burn if you're not used to them. Maybe gel versions will work better in such conditions—but these are also great. I recommend them.
