Hatsan AT44S-10 4.5 mm Air Rifle

An PCP air rifle with a threaded barrel from Hatsan Arms, 490 mm long and a handguard made of a durable polymer resistant to mechanical damage. Equipped with a 10-shot magazine for 4.5 mm lead diabolo pellets.

The superiority of PCP (Precharged Pneumatics) air rifles over spring-powered air rifles lies in the absence of recoil caused by the movement of a spring-driven piston inside the cylinder—the movement of components weighing less than 10 g is imperceptible to the shooter and the rifle, which weighs over 3 kg. For this reason, PCP rifles not only allow for the use of more delicate optics but also enable the use of higher-magnification scopes—the rifle can rest in the shooter’s hands at the moment of firing without fear of it bouncing.

The steel barrel features a 1/2'' UNF external thread that allows for the attachment of a silencer, compensator, or separator. The universal stock with a comfortable Monte Carlo cheek rest makes it easier to assume a shooting position and aim. It is designed for both right- and left-handed shooters. A height-adjustable rubber recoil pad at the end of the stock increases stability and makes it easier to customize the fit for the user. Reloading is performed using a lever located on the right side.

The AT44S-10 model is equipped with mechanical sighting devices consisting of a fiber-optic (TruGlo) adjustable front sight and rear sight. A dual mounting rail with a stopper, available in 11 mm and 22 mm (Weaver) standards, is located on the top of the receiver and allows for the attachment of an optical sight. A second rail is located on the lower part of the handguard and is designed for mounting a bipod. The fully adjustable 2-stage metal trigger mechanism Quattro Trigger allows the trigger travel and pull weight to be adjusted to the user’s preferences. An automatic safety located at the muzzle end prevents accidental discharge.

A fully charged 180 cc compressed air cartridge provides enough power for up to 60 shots of equal power. The Anti-Knock System used in this air rifle prevents compressed air from escaping in the event of an impact. Additionally, the air rifle is equipped with a mechanism that prevents more than one pellet from being loaded into the barrel.
