PCP air rifle featuring a 490 mm Hatsan Arms rifled barrel and a handguard crafted from Turkish walnut. Comes with a 10-round magazine for 4.5 mm diabolo lead pellets.
NOTE
Filling PCP air rifles requires a power source that provides compressed air:
- a cylinder with a PCP filling kit for air transfer,
- or filling using a PCP hand pump.
The advantage of PCP (Precharged Pneumatics) air rifles over traditional spring-powered models lies in the complete elimination of recoil caused by a spring-driven piston moving within the cylinder. The movement of parts weighing less than 10 g is virtually undetectable to both the shooter and the 3 kg rifle. This allows for the use of more precise and robust optics as well as higher magnification scopes, with the rifle remaining stable in the shooter's hands during firing.
The steel barrel is equipped with an external 1/2'' UNF thread, enabling the installation of a flash hider, compensator, or moderator. The versatile stock, complete with a comfortable Monte Carlo-style cheek rest, enhances aiming and shooting comfort. Suitable for both left- and right-handed users, the stock is finished with a rubber butt pad, which is height adjustable for increased stability and a customized fit. The side lever for reloading is located on the right side.
The AT44W-10 is outfitted with mechanical aiming devices, featuring an adjustable TruGlo fiber optic front sight and rear sight. Positioned on the top rail is a dual-mount rail with 11 mm and 22 mm (Weaver) standards, providing compatibility for a wide range of optical sights. The fully adjustable metal 2-stage trigger system, known as the Quattro Trigger, lets users fine-tune trigger pull and resistance to their preference. Automatic safety at the rear of the action offers protection against accidental shots.
A fully charged 180 cc air cylinder provides up to 55 consistent shots. The rifle incorporates the Anti-Knock System to minimize compressed air loss from shocks. Additionally, a special mechanism prevents double feeding of pellets into the barrel (Anti-double-pellet feed).
