I bought this pistol two weeks ago – at first I was very satisfied. The model looked solid, felt great in hand, and its appearance and overall build quality made a very good first impression on me. That’s why I decided to order a second one. Unfortunately, this revealed a significant flaw. It turned out the SAFE - FIRE dial was not a dummy – as in my first piece – but a fully functional trigger lock switch. Due to this inconsistency and lack of product uniformity, I had to return the first piece and file a complaint. On the complaint form, I indicated I wanted a replacement with a brand-new item. The complaint was approved, but in the end, I received a pistol that showed signs of prior use – most likely a returned piece. Worse, the dial flaw was present in this one as well, even though the service card stated the equipment was replaced with a new one. At this point, I decided to make a complete return and get a refund. This situation left a bad impression – especially since the product looked so promising, but the whole matter fell apart due to inconsistent quality and an ineffective complaint solution. I do not recommend this model until the manufacturer and/or distributor ensures a consistent build standard and a reliable after-sales service.
