I have long wanted to have a "grid fleece" type polar and finally chose this model (184 cm tall, 78 kg in weight). Size L is perfect for me. Although I would prefer a more sporty fit, the garment does its job. I used it as an additional insulating layer as well as a standalone jacket. It works perfectly with a windproof jacket because the material is breathable and wind passes through it easily. It doesn't take up much space in a backpack. Both the zipper and the material itself are of solid quality, and the price is definitely appropriate.

Very well thought-out sweatshirt design and good material. The polar fleece has a waffle texture separated by grooves, which helps maintain body temperature and ensures good ventilation, avoiding overheating and sweating during exertion. You can feel the breathability of the material while keeping the warmth comfortable. The fleece works very well both as an outer layer and functions great as a layer under a softshell or jacket during cold seasons. The widened sleeve design under the armpits ensures comfort under a jacket or when tightened with, for example, backpack straps. It is lightweight and looks great both technically and in terms of color, whether in the field or the 'urban jungle.' The stand-up collar protects the neck well against the wind. This is already my next sweatshirt of this model, from the manufacturer HELIKON and a reliable supplier – Militaria.pl.

A very pleasant small check pattern, and the pockets are really spacious and located in many places. However, Helikon Tex is associated with lightweight materials, so everything is rather thin. This is not a thick fleece, but the clothing is completely breathable.

Nice fleece, I recommend it. I listened to my friend and chose a more fitted size, so this L is a bit small—I should have picked XL. I'm 184 cm and weigh 95 kg. It worked great under my Helikon Level 7 jacket, kept me warm!

It is very comfortable and suitable for a wide range of temperatures. If you sweat, it handles moisture wicking well. It protects against cold in light wind, but for stronger winds I recommend wearing a thin jacket or parka on top. If you want it to be fitted, choose your T-shirt size; for a looser fit, you can choose a size larger. The pockets are functional and comfortable to use. Overall, it's a great and practical piece of clothing.
