The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
DuraCanvas is a densely woven fabric with high resistance to abrasion, tearing, and sparks from a campfire. It performs well in demanding outdoor conditions, especially when working around a campsite. The fabric is suitable for waxing, which improves its water resistance and durability. These outdoor trousers combine durability with comfort. The material feels sturdy and is suitable for trekking and longer trips. The cut provides wearing comfort, and the pocket arrangement is well thought out.
-
The trousers are made from solid, high-quality fabrics that smartly combine durability with flexibility. A well-chosen size and the right number of pockets are additional advantages.
-
Great pants. Very nice cut and quality. The cuff at the leg is a plus. I recommend this product. I already have it in two colors and I am very satisfied.
-
Top-class trousers. I'm already saving up for other models. They're just superb. The material and quality are first-class, everything is thoroughly thought out. Comfortable and functional, perfect both for the city and for fishing.
-
Great pants. The blend of durable and elastic material is very successful. The cut is very similar to the UTP. The lack of back pockets is a downside for me—sure, I wouldn’t want to sit on rocks or logs with something in my back pockets, but I would rather have the option to carry something there.
-
Very successful trousers, the cut is close to UTP. The Velcro strap at the ankle is very useful. Helikon deliberately didn't include back pockets, which is the biggest difference from UTP and, for me, the only downside – I would prefer to have the option to use them.
-
Very light and durable trousers. In my case, they worked well for the shooting range during the autumn/winter period. For me, a big plus is the possibility to insert internal protective pads for the knees.
-
Helikon like always – top class. Definitely my favorite pants. Very practical and don’t restrict movement. A hybrid, super comfortable and lightweight. Surprisingly, despite their thickness, they perform well in low temperatures and are not cold to wear. 5 out of 5.

Another pair of pants from Helikon in the best UTP cut in the world (I have 5 pieces). I haven't bought them so far because the price was scary, but at the promotional price I didn't even hesitate, I was even surprised that they were in my size. Good idea with the hybrid of two materials. Where it needs to stretch, it stretches, and where it needs to be indestructible, there's armored DuraCanvas. It's a little sad that these are the last pants in the UTP cut that I found in my size XL Long. Something ends, something begins... I’ll have to think about something else...

These are my first Helikon pants, but my first impressions regarding the quality are very positive. A very good idea with the adjustable Velcro on the legs. Unfortunately, the only downside at the moment is the Velcro pockets. In the video, it is shown that a phone fits, but the iPhone 15 in a regular, not very thick case doesn't fit, which is a shame because I wanted to use one of these pockets to store my phone. All in all, the pants are worth recommending, especially when on sale. :)

The price is appropriate for the quality, although there are occasionally good discounts worth waiting for. I rate the material of the pants as very good. While working in knee-deep snow, the pants did not get wet, and they also performed well in light rain. The size of the pants matches the size chart, and the legs don't look like parachutes. The pockets and their placement are suitable. The Velcro at the end of the leg holds very well; it has never come undone by itself and doesn't seem likely to. These pants don't feel stiff when worn. I will definitely buy another pair when they go on sale.

The pants are quite nice, although they rustle a lot when walking. I know it’s that type of material, but it bothered me. After all, when hiking alone in nature, the idea isn’t to listen to your clothes rustle. Another point deducted for the sizing not matching the description — this is the first time this has happened to me with Helikon, and I already have quite a few of their clothes. The overall length of the pants is 2 cm shorter than declared.
-
Very good pants for mountain trekking. Durable and stretchy where needed. The pockets are thoughtfully placed and do not cause any inconvenience. They protect against light rain, wind, and mud. At -3°C in the mountains, they were fine with thermal underwear. I don't recommend relying on the size chart; for me, L XLong fits and I am 196 cm tall, 95 cm at the waist.
