9 pockets, possibility to use protective inserts
SFU pants offer excellent comfort and do not impede freedom of movement. High-wear areas, such as the knees and seat, feature an added layer of fabric for enhanced durability. Storage for essentials is provided by nine pockets in total:
- two spacious cargo pockets on the thighs, secured with Velcro closures (featuring internal organizational straps),
- two pockets at the rear,
- two traditional pockets positioned on the hips,
- two low-profile pockets at the front of the thighs,
- one dedicated pocket on the calf, ideal for carrying a field dressing.
There are also internal pockets at knee height within the pant legs, designed for the insertion of protective pads.

Apart from the waist drawcord regulators, the pants contain no metal components—they are secured with buttons, and the fly also features a button closure. The integrated drawcord regulators enable precise adjustment of the waist circumference without requiring a belt. Additionally, located beneath the two front belt loops are D-rings, ideal for attaching items such as a tactical lanyard.
