Among the positives, I can mention good workmanship and ease of installation, but the downsides are the high price and the fact that you have to press it in by force; it shouldn't be this way since it should assist the CAT.
Pouch crafted for easy transport of tactical sling—specifically designed for hemostatic tourniquet models CAT or equipment with similar sizing. Constructed using robust and abrasion-resistant Cordura.
A secure flap with Velcro and a non-slip grip enables fast, efficient access to the pouch’s interior. Sturdy elastic drawstring keeps contents reliably in place. Two reinforced side loops accommodate a small marker for tagging the tourniquet post-application.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam represents a cutting-edge camouflage pattern, introduced in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Designed to provide superior versatility, MultiCam delivers enhanced concealment across diverse terrains and variable environmental conditions. The pattern integrates seven distinct colors, blending gradient transitions through green, brown, and beige tones. Accordingly, it seamlessly integrates with different surroundings, assuming greenish hues in woodland areas and shifting towards brown and beige in arid or desert landscapes—performing exceptionally in Central and Eastern European settings during autumn and amidst dried vegetation. MultiCam has achieved international acclaim and is utilized by a wide array of armed forces and specialized military units. In 2010, the US Army officially selected the pattern as its standard camouflage for personnel deployed in Afghanistan, supplanting the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Available to civilians as well, MultiCam remains a preferred option among military professionals and airsoft enthusiasts alike.

It works great as an addition to the Helikon mini rig in the same color. It's great that you can attach it both vertically and horizontally on the belt. Materials are, as usual, of high quality. Perfect for holding a CAT tourniquet.
-
I use this product together with Cat and SOF compression bands; especially the latter are more comfortable to wear on the belt due to their lower profile. The compression band is almost completely covered, which provides excellent protection against UV rays, dirt, and mechanical damage.

Great quality, good workmanship and quality of material. Fits perfectly. I am very satisfied. Nice colors. Express delivery. The day after the purchase. I recommend.
-
Helikon quality, very solid and well-sewn. The place for the marker is a plus, but... Unfortunately, it is not compatible with the CAT 7 tourniquet, probably the best currently on the market. Unfortunately, I didn't read this, but I kept the pouch because it is solid.
-
The quality of workmanship, as always with Helikon, is very good. Despite several attempts and organizing, the pocket could not fit the CAT gen7 tourniquet. The product is not suitable for its intended purpose; as a pocket for gas or a multitool, it is fine. Unfortunately, because it did not fulfill its function, I had to return the pocket.
-
The pouch is too short to properly hide the tourniquet and fasten the pouch. I compressed the tourniquet tighter than usual and still had a problem. I checked with CAT and BlackFront. As a pouch for pepper spray - it's ok.
-
The pouch is cool but a small note. The pouch is adapted for the SOF tourniquet. The CAT tourniquet is too long and without bending its Velcro, it won't reach the closure.
-
The pouch is very well made from strong material, the tourniquet fits without any problem and the pouch itself holds it very securely. Additionally, the MOLLE strap is strong. I recommend it.

The pouch is very well made from strong material, the tourniquet fits without any problem and the pouch holds it very securely, plus there's a strong molle strap, I recommend it.
-
The pouch is very well made, after long use it still looks the same and fulfills its function. The material is durable and does not fray. For this price, I definitely recommend it.
-
I can recommend this pouch for storing a CAT tourniquet, they fit great and without any problems. It's well made, although the opening tab is a bit too small to open quickly while wearing gloves.
-
Overall, very good workmanship. The only downside in my opinion is that the Velcro strap used for closing is too short. After inserting the tourniquet, it's a bit lacking and you have to pull it tight. Despite this, it's definitely a nice pouch.

Quality of workmanship is ok. The belt attachment has Velcro straps that allow you to attach the whole thing to a soft panel. The only downside is that the dimensions do not quite match the actual size of the tourniquet. It is a bit too short and to close the pouch (for the Velcro to reach) you have to fold the tourniquet very precisely in a way that is "not recommended."
