Pair of dumbbells with adjustable weights, constructed from a durable and lightweight composite. The dumbbells can be joined together to form one extended barbell, greatly increasing the number of training options available. The package features two bars, four threaded clamps, a bar connector, and a total of 12 weight plates. Designed for both home users and seasoned athletes, the set is versatile and reliable.

Threaded clamps and precisely sized plate openings enable fast weight adjustments and secure, stable attachment to the bar. The secure, screw-on mechanism of the clamps ensures plates remain firmly in place during training sessions.

    I bought the HMS SGC20 set for home workouts and I am very satisfied with my choice. The biggest advantage is the possibility of quickly converting a pair of dumbbells into a barbell using the connector. The 20 kg load is absolutely sufficient for regular exercises for biceps, triceps, and bench presses. The composite plates have a plastic finish, so they don’t make noise or damage the floor. At this price – amazing!

    For this price, it can be recommended (bought on promotion). At full price, I would probably pay a bit more and look for a cast iron set, although the option to connect the dumbbells into a bar is nice and takes up less space.
