Holosun P.ID High Candela Weapon Light 800 Lumens - Black

Tactical flashlight designed for mounting on a Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rail. The High Candela version generates a narrower beam than the base P.ID model, which means it provides greater range and makes it easier to illuminate more distant elements of the surroundings. The design works well as lighting mounted on a handgun during operations in limited-visibility conditions.

The model uses a High Power White LED diode which in High mode generates a luminous flux of up to 800 lumens and a luminous intensity of 42 000 candela. Power is supplied by a lithium-ion battery, charged directly in the device via a magnetic USB cable. A body made of 7075 aluminium and an IP68 protection rating increase the flashlight's resistance to demanding use.

The black body is made of machined 7075 aluminium and protected with an anodised coating. The material provides high mechanical strength while maintaining relatively low weight. The flashlight weighs 143 g with the battery, and its dimensions are 83 x 35 x 39 mm. Grooves on the head ring make it easier to grip during operation and unscrewing the element to gain access to the battery.

The sealed construction meets the requirements of the IP68 standard, which means protection against dust and water flowing from all directions at a rate of up to 100 litres per minute. The flashlight body was designed for operation under recoil and vibrations generated during shooting. The design offers shock resistance up to 1500 G, which increases its durability when mounted on a handgun.

The flashlight is intended for Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rails. The mount uses a spring clamp that allows the device to be attached and removed quickly. The clamp can also be operated using a cartridge rim, allowing adjustment without additional tools.

The set includes interchangeable adapters that allow the flashlight extension to be set in three positions. Each step changes the position by about 2 mm, which makes it easier to match it to the rail length and pistol design. Correct positioning allows access to the switch to be maintained and limits the head protruding beyond the barrel.

The model offers 2 power levels that allow the lighting to be adjusted to the distance and current conditions:

• Low - 400 lm / 21 000 cd

In High mode the flashlight generates a focused beam with increased range. It can be used for identifying objects at longer distances and for spot illumination of a selected area. Low mode provides 400 lm and reduces power consumption when maximum output is not necessary.

A symmetrical Paddle Switch, accessible from both sides, is placed at the rear of the body. It makes operation easier for both right- and left-handed users without changing the grip method.

Pressing and holding the button activates momentary light - the flashlight shines only until the switch is released. Toggling the switch activates the constant light mode. This allows the operating method to be selected depending on the situation and the need for quick short-term illumination or constant area lighting.

The power source is an 18350 battery with a flat positive terminal. Charging takes place through a port located on the underside of the housing, which allows the included magnetic USB cable to be connected without removing the flashlight from the firearm. This solution makes it easier to replenish power without interfering with the mount setting. Next to the port there is a diode indicating charging status. If necessary, the battery can also be removed after unscrewing the flashlight head.
