I own a CZ 75B Omega and in combination with the lowered mount it's fantastic. With the included fin you can even carry the weapon "concealed" under a jacket... but the metal CZ isn't meant for that and personally I don't find drawing the weapon from that height to be very comfortable.

Right-handed holster compatible with CZ 75 / 75 B Compact / 75B Omega (9mm / .40) / CZ 75 BD / 75D PCR / CZ 85, as well as Canik 55 Standard pistols, crafted from lightweight yet robust polymer using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
IMI Defense products deliver reliable operation, long-lasting performance, and comfortable handling. The holster features a "paddle" attachment for securing to the belt, preventing accidental detachment. Designed to accommodate belts up to 55 mm wide.
The Roto version allows for customizable holster positioning in relation to the "paddle", enabling 360-degree adjustment of the carry angle. Once the desired angle is set, the holster secures in place with the supplied Allen key. The weapon is held securely by friction, while the polymer’s smooth finish protects the firearm from scratches.
A precisely molded shape and intuitive, finger-activated locking mechanism provide rapid drawing and straightforward reholstering of the firearm.
Side rail is integrated for attaching a magazine pouch, enhancing carrying options.

The holster is okay, no key included in the set, but I managed with my own.
-
A well-made and lightweight piece of plastic. It fits very tightly on the replica, so it's not very useful for any dynamic activities, but it fits :)
-
Fits the original CZ perfectly. Taking it out and putting it back in is intuitive. The material is great.
