I bought this machete for clearing weeds along the fence of my property. I wondered if it might be too delicate for thick woody weeds. But this is truly a powerful tool. So far I've only tried it for a moment, since there's still a lot of snow everywhere, but it works just fine. The machete is well made and also has a solid sheath. The manufacturer even thought of protecting the tip of the blade with a silicone cap. I recommend this equipment to everyone—it is really worth it for the price.

Large machete featuring a full tang construction. Crafted from 3Cr13 stainless steel, the blade sports a spey-point profile and is sharpened on both edges. Fitted with a broad, oval cross guard, the design ensures hands do not slip onto the blade during operation.
Handle scales are constructed from wood and securely attached with metal pins. The exposed section of the tang, with a triangular cross-section and a hole for a lanyard, can function as a versatile field tool.

The machete is ok. It comes sharp. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. The connection between the guard, handle, and blade is precisely fitted. The thickening of the ricasso at the guard is made of additional flat bars – (it is not one piece of metal). Unfortunately, the metal parts of the guard are not beveled and need to be filed. If you grip the handle and touch the metal, you can hurt yourself. In my opinion, the handle is too square (it is slightly rectangular, but for my small hands it is too chunky). It resembles a shovel handle more than a tool with a working surface. Hammers and axes have better grips. The wood is not slippery, and I feel like it won't slip. However, with a bad strike, it may rotate in the hand. The handle is long and allows you to "choose" the most comfortable place to grip. In my opinion, the lanyard ring requires the edges to be ground. With longer use, it will cut through the lanyard. Price Works Wonders.

I really like this beautiful machete, a truly well-made Joker product. Thanks to its good weight distribution, it's very easy to work and cut with, and according to our expression, it has a 'pull.' I haven't tested it in the field yet because I bought it as a gift, but it makes an impression. Fairly heavy tool in a cool case. With this machete at your side, you look like a pirate. The wood on the handle is nice and the hole for the string at the end is a 10/10 idea. I recommend it as a gift for someone who already has everything. It’s always useful, even if only for slicing pizza.
