Another Kershaw for my collection. A lightweight, mid-sized knife, just perfect 'for the city.' Opening packages, cutting string, or even making a sandwich won't be a problem for it.
Folding knife designed for everyday useEDC.
The drop point blade is crafted from 4Cr14 stainless steel, known for its strong resistance to chipping and mechanical wear, as well as its simple resharpening process. Sharpening can be performed rapidly and easily using almost any sharpening stone. Featuring a high hollow grind, the blade geometry provides outstanding cutting efficiency. The blade features a stonewash finish.
Blade deployment is facilitated by a flipper, which also functions as a guard to help prevent fingers from slipping onto the blade when open. Incorporation of SpeedSafe spring-assisted opening enables the blade to deploy swiftly and effortlessly within a split second. Jimping along the spine offers a secure thumb rest, ensuring both comfortable and safe handling. Once deployed, the blade is secured by a robust and dependable liner lock.
The ergonomically contoured handle scales are constructed from tough plastic (glass-fiber-reinforced nylon) with a textured, non-slip surface for a solid grip in all conditions.
A flexible, steel deep-carry tip-up clip ensures convenient daily carry, making it easy to secure the knife to a belt or pocket edge. The clip offers versatility and can be installed on either the right or left side scale.

Kershaw is an American knife brand, founded in 1974 by Pete Kershaw in Oregon, which from the very beginning has focused on the highest quality and practical solutions for hunters, anglers, and everyday users. In 1977, the company was acquired by the Japanese Kai Group, allowing it to combine American innovation with Japanese craftsmanship. In 1998, Kershaw revolutionized the market by introducing the SpeedSafe assisted opening mechanism, and in the following years won prestigious Blade Show awards for models such as the Tyrade with Composite Blade technology combining two different types of steel. The brand is also known for its collaboration with renowned knifemakers, including Ken Onion, Ernest Emerson, and Rick Hinderer, which has resulted in iconic models such as the Leek and Cryo.
