Review summary
Reviews of Kogoot canned meals are largely positive. Customers praise the homemade taste, generous portions, high meat content, and good ingredient quality, often without unnecessary additives. The meals are tasty both hot and cold, and many users appreciate the easy and convenient preparation – especially in outdoor conditions. Dishes like butter chicken, hunter’s stew, and goulash are highlighted for their rich seasoning and aromatic sauces. Less favorable comments usually concern slightly watery sauces, occasional lack of meat, or the relatively high price. Some options, such as baked beans or meals with a lot of rice, taste different from classic versions and may not suit everyone. Overall, Kogoot’s range is a strong alternative to supermarket canned food – the dishes are tasty, filling, and customers eagerly try new flavors.

One of the few Cockerel products worth buying. Very tasty, although the amount of meat is not impressive, but with the addition of rice it is simply a very good-tasting, medium-sized meal. It will fill you up if you do not have a huge appetite. Worth trying, which I cannot say about several other cans from this company.

I’m eating here again, and while last time the bigos was edible, this time something went wrong. It didn’t convince me at all. Hardly any sausage, just cabbage. Maybe one broken piece of mushroom. I’d rather not recommend it.

Quite a decent soup, thick and filling. Well seasoned; the only downside is the portion size—out in the field it’s always too little. And it’s hard to heat up too; I got the impression that the inside of the can is coated with a polymer, so heating it over a fire is out of the question.

Chicken cooked in broth with potatoes in a dill sauce - large pieces of chicken and potatoes in a good sauce. The dish is very filling and tasty. The portion is good for one person. Tasty. I especially recommend it to people who do not like spicy dishes

The stew pot is very tasty, well seasoned, quite spicy, but fine for those who can tolerate spiciness. I highly recommend it! A dish just right for one person - a nice little dinner.

The pot was very tasty, well seasoned, quite spicy but not overwhelming. A big request to the chef: fewer potatoes, more meat and it will be perfect. Highly recommend!

Pea soup is finger-licking good! Lots of meat, well seasoned, the consistency is perfect for pea soup, I will definitely buy it again. I recommend it! I'll let you know about other dishes, as I bought several to try.

Strange, it basically ended up in the trash. The dish had some weird aftertaste, maybe from the pickles, anyway it was so-so. It wasn't a roast, just small pieces of bacon in not the best sauce, plus 4 dumplings. For a trip, if there's nothing else, it's okay, but for almost 30 zł, it's a bit much.

Delicious canned food. The sauce tastes homemade and the meatballs are of good quality. It's nice to take such a tasty dish out into the field instead of regular canned meat :). I highly recommend it and look forward to testing more.
-
Very poor food, a lot of sauce and very little liver, weak taste and appearance, just sauce, sauce and more sauce. I do not recommend it, there are many others much better for this price.
-
Great quality, tasty both hot and cold (although when the sauce freezes, it's hard to eat). The most important thing is the number of calories in such a small can (talking about butter chicken).
-
As I expected, this product was supposed to be a standard canned good with a typical flavor. However, to my surprise, its taste turned out to be exceptionally positive. I especially appreciate the richness of the spices used, which significantly enhance the culinary experience.

The dish was quite well seasoned, although the chicken in cheese sauce is not overly cheesy, it basically resembles a stew with large pieces of chicken. Good value for money.
