Levenhuk Army Compass AC20

Liquid compass made of durable metal and plastic. It allows you to plan your route on the map, evaluate the distance to distant objects and stably maintain the direction of march in varied terrain, including forest areas and near bodies of water.

The folding compass case with a transparent window in the cover allows the indication to be read even when it remains closed. The dial is filled with liquid, which ensures quick stabilization of the magnetic needle. The ability to determine position in degrees makes it easy to navigate accurately, and a built-in bubble level allows the compass to be properly aligned with the horizon.

Fluorescent markings on the dial improve visibility in limited light conditions. A built-in clinometer allows measurement of slope angles important for surveying and military applications. Map scales graduated in both centimeters and inches help in accurate route planning.

The aiming slit allows you to target distant objects and pinpoint your own location. It has been equipped with a scale in thousandths, which allows you to estimate the distance between objects. On the back of the case there is a table with formulas useful in navigation. A standard thread allows mounting the compass on a tripod.
