A freeze-dried breakfast that actually tastes delicious – this is rare. The combination of apple, cranberry, and cinnamon gives a pleasant, spicy-sweet flavor, and when mixed with water, it has an exceptionally creamy consistency. It satisfies hunger very well and provides energy for exhausting moments of the day. For me, the organic certificate is a big advantage.

Great ration from the reliable and proven Lyofood brand. Attractive price-to-calorie ratio as well as protein and fat content in their products. Additionally, the meals are really tasty, contrary to what I expected.

Bought for the second time from this company, of course a different flavor - previously it was Moroccan tagine. It's quite tasty, as this type of food goes, easy to prepare. The price is very reasonable.

I bought a few packs as an addition to my bug-out bag. Long shelf life, it can sit for a while. It will also come in handy for longer trips in the mountains. The price is reasonable for a hot meal you can prepare somewhere on the go.

In my opinion, it's really weak. The ingredients are what they are, but it's seasoned very poorly—in my view, the meal is almost bland, with only the beans providing any kind of flavor. I poured the meal into a dish and added water, yet it still had a strong plastic taste. I don't know if that's because of the packaging and storage method, or if the problem lies somewhere else in the production process. The price is high for what you're actually getting. Unfortunately, I personally don't recommend it.

Tasty, cheap, and quick meal. For some time now, I've kept a packet as emergency food while traveling. The instructions are simple. Plus, the simple ingredients without unnecessary additives are a bonus.

My child (as a consumer) firmly says that there should be carrot instead of pumpkin in this dish. And also the portion is child-sized. But for this price, it's still worth it.

Interesting taste, quick to prepare. To get full, you need to eat two sachets for lunch, or add more water than the manufacturer recommends to increase the volume.

The products from this series are fine, and their particular advantage is the price. However, it should be noted that the packaging is much weaker than in other series. You need to handle the packaging gently; in my case, one packaging was already torn when it arrived. Militaria, of course, dispatched a replacement for free immediately with no questions asked, for which I thank them.

Bought for 11 PLN, I think the price is fantastic. The meal is quite tasty, with the addition of kabanos sausages it would be even more nutritious. This was my first Lio, bought as a trial because of the price. I recommend it.
