Tactical waist pouch featuring a main compartment engineered in line with the MARCH tactical rescue protocol. Its contoured, ergonomic design enables efficient transport of essential medical gear for emergencies. Constructed from robust 500D Cordura fabric.
The main compartment is accessed from the top via two two-way YKK zippers for rapid retrieval of contents. In accordance with the TCCC protocol’s MARCH sequence (massive hemorrhage, airway, respirations, circulation, head injury/hypothermia), gear corresponding to the initial aid level, M - massive hemorrhage, can be stored in the side and rear zones of the main compartment. The lid and front section accommodate the next two intervention stages, A and R-- that is, airway and respirations. Inner mesh pockets are designed to house supplies for the final steps, including C - circulation and H - head injuries and/or hypothermia.
A flat pocket with a fastex clasp for trauma shears is located on the front of the pouch. The sides include 4 pouches for tactical tourniquets, each secured with velcro flaps. The integrated compartment within the flip-down flap is intended for medical gloves, while internal elastic bands stabilize and organize smaller items. Specialized pockets in the front and rear sections allow for splints to be carried. A strap underneath is designed for a stretcher, and a front cord acts as a safeguard against NAR loss.
An adjustable carry strap with a fastex clasp permits transport on the shoulder or around the waist. The bag is delivered without the medical supplies pictured.
