Three-piece construction, precise fit
Featuring a structure composed of three anatomically contoured segments—front, center, and rear—this design ensures an optimal fit to the body and superior stability during high-mobility tasks. Specifically engineered for compatibility with Medium-sized ESAPI ballistic plates (31.8 × 24.1 cm), it meets the military standards currently utilized by the US Army. Three independent systems for height and width adjustment provide a precise fit, enhancing comfort during prolonged wear.

Crafted from a blend of 500D Cordura and thermoplastic Tegris composite, the vest offers exceptional durability along with outstanding resistance to abrasion and tearing. A compact admin pocket, secured with a waterproof YKK Aqua-Guard zipper, is found on the front, accompanied by a slotted panel featuring velcro for attaching MOLLE-compatible accessories and patches. Attached below is a removable panel produced with Laser Cut technology, which enables users to customize pouch placement as needed. The back panel comes fully equipped with MOLLE webbing. Extended cummerbund straps with 3 rows of webbing offer expanded options for mounting additional equipment.

The interior of the vest incorporates 3D mesh inserts and specialized cushioning pads, which further promote optimal air circulation. Integrated ergonomic shoulder straps provide exceptional wearing comfort.
quick-release system
The Sturm Elite features a quick-release system integrated into the vest design. The front panel attaches to the cummerbunds and shoulder straps via specialized Duraflex quick-detach buckles, which disengage instantly with a firm upward or downward pull. A rescue handle on velcro panels is located at the rear of the vest and can also function as a convenient carrying handle.
