A very well-thought-out first aid kit, especially the panel with Velcro, thanks to which you can freely set the soft and hard side of the Velcro for mounting on a vest.
Horizontal medical pouch engineered for storing and transporting an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). Crafted from a robust and abrasion-resistant blend of 500D Cordura and Cordura Squadron. Secured by a two-way waterproof AquaGuard zipper from YKK.
An adjustable external cover enables open access from both sides to the IFAK inside. A hook-and-loop fastener connects both sections, minimizing the risk of losing the contents unintentionally. Attachment to the rear pocket of a tactical vest is achieved using a double-sided Velcro panel. Designed to be compatible with tactical vests that feature a hook-and-loop fastened lower back pocket.
Elastic straps in the interior ensure straightforward organization of medical supplies. Markings on the front of the IFAK aid in quick identification of its placement within the cover.
A hook-and-loop panel (Velcro) is positioned on the front to allow affixing of customizable emblems. The distinct medical cross cutout is equipped with movable inserts that permit changing its color to either red or black.

MultiCam Camouflage
MultiCam represents a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern introduced in 2002 by Crye Precision, an American manufacturer, in partnership with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Designed to deliver a truly versatile camouflage solution, its primary objective was to provide effective concealment across a range of terrains and constantly shifting environmental conditions. Featuring a composition of seven colors, the MultiCam pattern blends gradual transitions among greens, browns, and beige tones. This composition enables seamless adaptation to various surroundings—rendering green hues in wooded landscapes or shifting towards browns and beiges in arid, desert zones—making it highly suited for Central and Eastern Europe during the autumn season and in dry, sparse vegetation. Having achieved global acclaim, MultiCam is widely used by military forces and elite special operations units around the world. In 2010, the U.S. Army officially selected the pattern for soldiers deployed to Afghanistan, replacing the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Widely accessible for civilian use, this pattern is also a top choice for military hobbyists and airsoft enthusiasts.

Very good pouch for a first aid kit. The size is ideal for me. Sturdy material, seems resistant to tears. The zippers work smoothly, fits everything I wanted. Personally, I recommend it.

The product is worth its price. Replacing the molle mount with velcro is very convincing to me. Besides mounting it on a belt, a convenient option is to mount it under the rear panel of the vest. The only thing I would do as the manufacturer is consider a slight design change to the insert—I would replace the insert opening mechanism from a zipper to a simple velcro closure, similar to the roll 1 from Ferro Concepts.
