Horizontal medical pouch crafted for the storage and transport of an Individual First Aid Kit IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). Constructed from a robust and wear-resistant blend of 500D Cordura and Cordura Squadron fabrics. Secured by a two-way waterproof YKK AquaGuard zipper.

The pouch features an external adjustable cover that allows opening from both sides for quick access to the IFAK contents. Both components are joined with Velcro to minimize risk of accidental separation. Attachment to the rear pocket of a tactical vest is accomplished via a double-sided Velcro panel. The pouch is fully compatible with tactical vests that use Velcro closure on the lower section of the back pocket.

Internal elastic straps provide efficient organization of gear inside the pouch, while front-facing kit markings clearly indicate its placement within the cover.

A Velcro panel on the pouch front accommodates a wide range of personal patches or emblems. The laser-cut medical cross motif includes extendable inserts that can be switched to display either red or black.

Review for model:

The product is worth its price. Replacing the molle mount with velcro is very convincing to me. Besides mounting it on a belt, a convenient option is to mount it under the rear panel of the vest. The only thing I would do as the manufacturer is consider a slight design change to the insert—I would replace the insert opening mechanism from a zipper to a simple velcro closure, similar to the roll 1 from Ferro Concepts.
