Horizontal medical pouch crafted for the storage and transport of an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). Constructed from a robust and abrasion-resistant blend of 500D Cordura and Cordura Squadron. Secured by a two-way waterproof AquaGuard zipper by YKK.

Features an external adjustable cover that allows open two-way access to the IFAK contents. Both sections attach via Velcro to minimize risk of losing the pouch unintentionally. The entire assembly affixes to the rear pocket of a tactical vest using a double-sided Velcro panel, compatible with tactical vests equipped with a Velcro closure on the lower part of the back pocket.

Internal elastic bands facilitate organized arrangement of essential items, while front-facing IFAK markings clearly display its placement within the cover.

A Velcro panel on the front enables the attachment of custom emblems. The medical cross cut-out is designed with extendable elements, permitting color modification to either red or black.

Review for model:

The product is worth its price. Replacing the molle mount with velcro is very convincing to me. Besides mounting it on a belt, a convenient option is to mount it under the rear panel of the vest. The only thing I would do as the manufacturer is consider a slight design change to the insert—I would replace the insert opening mechanism from a zipper to a simple velcro closure, similar to the roll 1 from Ferro Concepts.
