As part of assembling my equipment for the shooting range, I bought this pouch for the tourniquet. The insert is an original CAT 7 gen. The set looks very solid and behaves that way on the tactical belt. With everything properly assembled, there is no way to lose the tourniquet. The materials are solid, and the color is great for me. I recommend it.
A medical pouch engineered for the practical transport of a tactical tourniquet—ideal for a CAT-type hemostatic tourniquet or other items of comparable size. Crafted from highly durable and abrasion-resistant 1000D nylon, the pouch features an IRR finish (Infrared Reflective Treatment) to minimize visibility when viewed through night vision optics.
Equipped with a Velcro fastener, users can rapidly access the tourniquet or any other critical gear. Full MOLLE system compatibility enables secure attachment to tactical equipment such as backpacks, load-bearing vests, or waist belts.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage pattern engineered in 2002 by US-based Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as a part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Designed to be highly versatile, MultiCam excels across diverse terrains and fluctuating environmental conditions. The pattern incorporates a palette of seven colors, blending shades of green, brown, and beige to form smooth gradient transitions. This feature enables adaptive concealment across various backgrounds—providing green hues in forested regions or shifting to browns and beiges in arid, desert environments. In landscapes common to Central and Eastern Europe, MultiCam exhibits outstanding performance during autumn or in areas with dry foliage. Known globally, MultiCam has been adopted by numerous armed forces and elite special units. In 2010, the US Army officially selected this camouflage for troops deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Civilian availability has also fueled its popularity among military enthusiasts and airsoft players alike.

A simple magazine pouch on the webbing so it's always at hand. Of course, it's not an often-used piece of equipment, but when you need it, every second counts. A separate pouch is a much better option than frantically searching the entire first aid kit.
-
A very well-built pouch for the tourniquet. It's easy to attach to a backpack or any other place with MOLLE. Camouflage and material are top quality. I recommend it.

I love products from this company. The tourniquet goes in and out smoothly from this pouch. The pouch is made of good, durable material, resistant to abrasion. I recommend it.
-
I recommend it, the tourniquet fits. There is no separate space for a marker or pen, but I managed to place it right next to the tourniquet. The drawback is that the end of the strap for attaching to MOLLE is not stiff enough. It bends and often slides out. After some tinkering with the attachment, you can get rid of this problem.

Very well-made tourniquet pouch for a tactical tourniquet. The tourniquet stays securely in it, and when the ends are properly folded, the tip attaches to the Velcro in the pouch, providing extra protection against falling out. The stitching and material quality are at a very high level.

The idea is that it protects the tourniquet, you have to put some thought into assembling it. Removing the tourniquet takes a bit of time. But overall, I recommend it.
