Nice, comfortable. They really improve the cushioning in the shoe, you can feel it after longer use, especially in the city, that is, on hard surfaces. An additional plus is that they do not get flattened so drastically.

Very comfortable and at the same time not too thick, they don't take up much space in the shoe, tested in Garmonts and they performed great on mountain trails. I can confidently recommend them. I'm ordering more :)

Poor design, they are not the right size and I have to cut them, which is complicated, making them not fit well... wasted money, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
