I was looking for something compact for a shorter carbine, and the SL-K was spot on – the stock is noticeably smaller and slimmer than other models, and at the same time, it sits on the buffer tube like it's glued, with no wobbling whatsoever. It also works great when shooting in a vest. For me – one of the best-designed stocks Magpul has to offer.

The Magpul MOE SL-K model features a rubberized, non-slip buttpad for improved rifle stability and incorporates an adjustment system accessible from either side.
The Magpul MOE SL stock is engineered for seamless compatibility with tactical sling setups—offering an extended slot to accommodate a 1.25" (31.75 mm) sling strap. Additionally, it supports the installation of an M-LOK QD Sling Mount adapter (not included). Compatibility extends to Magpul ASAP, ASAP QD sling attachments, and similar mounts designed for the stock frame.

Very nice, well-made and well-fitted stock. It is light and minimalist. The previous one had play and was very annoying, but this one fits tightly and securely. I am very happy with the purchase.

This is one of the better Magpul stocks. It is simple, lightweight, and very functional. It has a sling mount at the back, which is my favorite. I definitely recommend it.
