A compact version of the renowned Zhukov handguard, engineered specifically for use with AK series carbines featuring shortened barrels (including the AK-102, AK-104, and AK-105 models). Constructed from reinforced polymer, the handguard incorporates an internal metal liner to shield the assembly from high temperatures.
The M-LOK slot configuration on the sides and underside enables flexible mounting for extra accessories and allows customization tailored to individual operator requirements. Extensive top perforation significantly enhances gas tube ventilation. In addition to the supplied top cover, the handguard is also compatible with the UltiMAK Optics Mount for forward optic placement. Handguard installation is tool-free, ensuring quick and easy attachment to the rifle.
Note: This handguard is not intended for carbines with barrels shorter than 11.5 inches. For ultra-compact AK platforms, the MOE AK and MOE AKM handguards are advised.
