Tactical gloves available in brown and black are engineered to provide essential mechanical protection for the hands. With an ergonomic fit, they offer optimal grip control and enable highly accurate hand movements. Well-suited for military personnel, law enforcement, shooting sports users, as well as those involved in survival adventures, automotive repair, DIY projects, and airsoft activities.
The upper section of the gloves features a breathable TrekDry material, reinforced with robust panels crafted from TPR (Thermal Plastic Rubber). This construction delivers protection against abrasions and impacts from contact with external objects. Segmented panel design ensures unrestricted finger movement and flexibility. Additional defense for the index finger knuckle is provided by the Impact Guard, which incorporates EVA foam padding.
Textured fingertip surfaces have been reinforced with inserts crafted from durable Material4X synthetic leather, delivering superior abrasion and tear resistance. The glove’s underside features D3O inserts to effectively absorb impact energy and vibrations across the metacarpal region, complemented by grip-enhancing panels made from Armortex fabric for optimal hand traction. The cuff secures with a Velcro closure.
Gloves comply with the protective standard EN388 at level 2131XP, offering resistance against mechanical hazards as follows:
- 2: Resistance to abrasion (scale 0–4)
- 1: Resistance to cutting (scale 0–5)
- 3: Resistance to tearing (scale 0–4)
- 1: Resistance to puncture (scale 0–4)
- X: Cut resistance — TDM test (ISO 13997) (scale A–F)
- P: Impact protection (meets testing criteria)
Under the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard, abrasion resistance is measured on a scale from 1 to 6, indicating how many cycles a material endures before wearing out. Cut resistance ranges from A1 to A9, progressing from minimum to maximum protection. For puncture resistance, the scale is from 0 to 5 and reflects the force necessary to pierce the glove with a sharp probe (not applicable to needle puncture).
The scale outlined in the EN388 standard specifies glove protection levels: a score of 0 means no protection, while higher scores (4, 5) represent maximum resistance.
The TDM method (ISO 13997) uses letter indicators, with A as the lowest and F as the highest protection rating.
X signifies that a particular property was either untested or not applicable, while P confirms the glove passes the requirements for impact protection.
