Crafted from Armortex® fabric and synthetic leather, these gloves ensure a secure grip and minimize the risk of slipping on slick surfaces. The upper section features lightweight, breathable TrekDry® material, helping to reduce hand perspiration. The cuff is secured with a velcro closure.
A layer of synthetic leather on the tips of the index finger and thumb enables the user to operate touchscreen devices without needing to remove the gloves.
The exterior of the gloves features reinforced TPR (Thermal Plastic Rubber) panels, a thermoplastic material adhering to EN 13594 standards, offering robust protection against abrasions and impacts from external objects. Ideal for use in building environments and CQB scenarios, the segmented panel design ensures unrestricted finger movement. On the palm side, D3O® padding delivers superior shock and vibration absorption specifically in the metacarpal region.
The gloves are certified according to the EN388 level 2121XP standard for mechanical resistance, meaning:
- 2: abrasion resistance (rated on a 0–4 scale)
- 1: cut resistance (rated on a 0–5 scale)
- 2: tear resistance (rated on a 0–4 scale)
- 1: puncture resistance (rated on a 0–4 scale)
- X: cut resistance - TDM (ISO 13997) test (rated on an A–F scale)
- P: impact protection (requirements met)
EN388 scale values specify the glove’s protection level: a value of 0 signifies no protection, whereas higher values (4, 5) denote maximum resistance.
The TDM method (ISO 13997) employs letters, where A indicates the lowest level of protection and F signifies the highest.
X marking means the parameter was not tested or is not applicable. P marking confirms the glove complies with impact protection standards.
