MFH Sleeping Bag - M05 Finnish Camo

Robust sleeping bag featuring M05 camouflage and a mummy-style design for optimal sleeping posture and freedom of movement. Constructed from premium polyester, fitted with a tough outer shell and synthetic insulation.

According to the manufacturer’s specifications, operating temperatures span from -10 to +15 deg. C.

The outer layer crafted from polyester delivers reliable protection against mechanical wear, abrasions, and moisture exposure. The interior, lined with polyester, offers a soft and comfortable feel against the skin. This material pairing equips the sleeping bag for both demanding expeditions and relaxed camping trips.

Superior heat retention is achieved with a synthetic double-layer filling featuring a weight of 225 g/m2, delivering effective insulation against the cold. Quilted construction holds the filling securely in place, guaranteeing uniform distribution across the entire sleeping bag.

Hood with drawstrings offers enhanced head protection and optimal fit for cold conditions. Adjustable shoulder section and collar with drawstrings provide effective barriers against cold air infiltration inside the sleeping bag.

A two-way zipper, complemented by a Velcro closure, protects the sleeping bag from heat loss.

Designed for effortless transport and storage, the sleeping bag folds down to a compact size of 40 x 25 x 25 cm. Weighing only 1950 g, it is simple to carry and does not significantly add to your gear load.

A compression sleeve cover is included in the set to make packing easier.

The M05 camouflage (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) represents a series of pixelated camo patterns introduced to the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005, replacing the earlier M91 design. Created through digital analysis of forest photographs taken during various seasons and provided by the Finnish Forest Research Institute, the M05 series comprises multiple variants, including woodland, snow, and cold weather patterns.

The primary woodland variant of M05 features a combination of light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite shapes, skillfully mimicking the appearance of Finnish forest environments. Thanks to similarities in vegetation and landscape, the M05 Woodland camouflage delivers superior concealment performance in the forests of Central and Eastern Europe, ensuring effective blending in natural outdoor settings.
