Shovel bought for the trunk, so the cover quality doesn't matter. I specifically chose a non-folding one to make sure it was sturdy and well-fitted. And it really is. It hasn't been used yet, but it gives the impression of being very high quality. The bottom edge and one of the sides are properly beveled and ready to be sharpened. The handle is solid and inspires confidence. For this amount, it's definitely worth buying.

A large shovel with a stylish wooden handle. Everything is in a military style along with the cover.

A nicely made shovel for little money, complete with a cover and a stylish wooden handle.

The shovel itself at this price is very well made, but the cover wore out after about 10 hours of hanging on the belt.

This is my second shovel in my collection. Very well made, no castings at all. Big plus for fast shipping.

A classic of its kind. So far, it matches the one from the army. You just need to sharpen it a bit and you can even practice throwing at the target, then dig a latrine and dig in or dig in the tent. I recommend it.

Strong, well-made, the size is just right. Not sharpened, but for this price I am happy to sharpen it myself with a file.
