durable polyester, interior lined with an aluminum layer

A very useful item that reflects heat but doesn't store it. On hot days, turned inside out, it protects against the sun. In emergency situations for sleeping, it is better than nothing or than an NRC foil. I use it as an extra warming layer inside my main sleeping bag. Small, lightweight, useful.

Its size is its greatest advantage, but this sleeping bag offers almost no protection against the cold. I tested it twice at around 10°C, with a light breeze, wearing clothes. I didn't notice much difference between being inside the sleeping bag or outside it. However, for very warm nights (>20°C), I think it might work. I personally invested in a real sleeping bag.

I recommend the sleeping bag mainly because, if you fold it properly, it takes up very little space. As for whether it is warm, I was 100% satisfied, but everyone experiences the cold differently. I recommend it.

An interesting solution, and I admit that I haven't used it yet but I checked the quality briefly and, in my opinion, it seems trustworthy. As a backup sleeping bag for a backpack trip somewhere in the mountains or forest, it's a really cool solution because it's light and doesn't take up much space. The insulation structure in the form of dots or small hexagons gives hope that it will be at least a bit breathable, unlike those NRC foil sleeping bags. I actually swapped out my NRC sleeping bag in my backpack for this one, which you can buy here.
