Crafted from durable 600D polyester, the backpack offers exceptional resistance to abrasion and demanding field conditions. An added PVC coating enhances protection against moisture and dirt, while also making maintenance easier. The selected fabric delivers optimal durability, all while keeping the overall weight of the pack relatively low.

The backpack features a roomy main compartment secured by a flap and two straps, with an added layer of equipment protection provided by a drawstring snow collar. Inside, a divider facilitates the transport of gear such as a sleeping pad. The design also includes several external pockets: two side pockets and one front pocket. These pockets are fastened with zippers featuring protective strips, ensuring the contents remain safe while allowing swift access to vital gear. A top pocket with a rain cover is incorporated into the upper section of the backpack.

adjustable carrying system, hip belt

The backpack features an adjustable carrying system designed to conform to the user's body shape. Enhanced carrying comfort is provided by adjustable shoulder straps padded with 270 g/m2 foam, along with a hip belt that can be individually adjusted. The back panel is finished with a layer of soft mesh and lined with 225 g/m2 foam, optimizing both comfort and ventilation during use. For added convenience, a transport handle is integrated at the top, enabling easy carrying of the backpack.

MOLLE/PALS straps, D-Rings, velcro panel

The backpack is equipped with a PALS strap system on the front and sides, facilitating the attachment of additional gear. This setup supports the secure integration of pouches and accessories following the MOLLE standard. The shoulder straps feature D-rings for connecting small equipment. Positioned above the front pocket, a velcro panel enables the attachment of emblems or Morale Patches.

    I am very disappointed with this backpack, which seems to be not very durable. There are a lot of stitches and most of them seem poorly sewn, but the biggest problem turned out to be the zipper, which broke already on the first use. Even though I have used many different backpacks and this one was not expensive, it did not earn my trust. I am waiting for a product replacement and maybe then I will change my opinion. For now, I cannot recommend this backpack.

    The backpack is very durable and has a large capacity. 65 liters works great during longer trips and various outdoor activities. The compartments are arranged in a practical way, and the comfort of wearing remains even with a heavy load. The materials used are sturdy, and the workmanship inspires confidence. The price is attractive in relation to the quality.

    The German GEN.II Large backpack is fine for this price, however, I am only giving it 3 stars. The back support could be a bit more rigid. Additionally, the straps on the top flap are too short to attach my Defence 4 on top.

    Very spacious and comfortable. Despite my short stature, it fits well on my back. Additional straps allow you to adjust its position, yet it doesn't dig into the shoulders or hips. The waterproof cover attached to it is just another plus.

    Great backpack, worked well for the Military Mountain Badge. Solid and comfortable. I recommend it. The back is not particularly stiff but it does the job. There are many adjustment options and the wide hip belt is very useful.

    I have a Mil-tec 36L backpack, but for a weekend mountain trip it's a bit too small, so I bought this model. It worked great, the side pockets are very useful, as is the option to attach various accessories like a sleeping mat or tent to the backpack. I can definitely recommend it!
