At first it was fine, but after a few uses the material inside started to come apart. Now when inflated, it turns into a balloon. I do not recommend it. I give 2 stars because even without inflation it can be used as a sleeping mat, but that's not the point.

Nice self-inflating sleeping mat. You unroll it, unscrew the valve and it inflates itself, then you add a few puffs of air, screw the valve closed and that’s it—you can lie down to sleep on a soft surface. Recommended.

I bought it a few years ago and it’s still holding up, which means it’s durable. It’s comfortable to sleep on and insulates perfectly from the cold. I use it along with a self-inflating pillow for extra comfort. A good purchase. I recommend it.
