Mil-Tec US Ranger BDU Military Trousers Woodland

Offering both comfort and utility, these cargo trousers draw inspiration from classic American military silhouettes. Featuring meticulous craftsmanship and refined detailing, they offer exceptional durability against abrasion and tearing. Constructed from a robust blend of hard-wearing cotton and stretchable polyester.

Adjustable waist drawstring, wide belt loops

Fly and pockets are secured with buttons. Adjustable drawstrings at the waist provide a customizable fit, while integrated 60 mm wide belt loops support the use of an additional belt. Leg width can be modified using the inner tape located at the bottom hem.

6 spacious pockets

The US Ranger BDU comes equipped with six pockets:

  • two open side pockets,
  • two back pockets secured with buttoned flaps,
  • two cargo pockets also fastened with buttoned flaps.

Woodland Camouflage

Woodland, often referred to as US Woodland or M81, is an iconic camouflage pattern that was introduced to the United States military in the early 1980s, inspired by the earlier ERDL design. For more than twenty years, it served as the standard camouflage for U.S. Armed Forces, remaining in widespread use until the late 2000s. Characterized by large, irregular blotches in varying shades of green, brown, beige, and black, it offers excellent concealment and disruption, particularly within woodland environments. Renowned for its versatility and global recognition, the pattern has inspired numerous adaptations and has been adopted by over 60 military organizations around the world. Its influence extends beyond the battlefield, having made a notable transition into pop culture and everyday apparel.

    At first glance, they look quite good, but once put on, they are much worse. The trouser legs are definitely too wide — I feel like I could fit into them several times over and they would still be loose. The trousers fit properly at the waist, but because the legs are so roomy, the fabric constantly rubs against itself. It is hard for me to understand why something like this is made. I will have to look for another option in the store.

    I returned these Mil-Tec trousers because they ultimately did not meet my expectations as a hiking model. When I received them, they made a good impression on me — they seemed solid, were quite comfortable, and I also managed to buy them at a very attractive price. I think they would work well for outdoor tasks or less intensive activities. However, for trails with long ascents and significant elevation gain, where it is easy to work up a sweat, they are, in my opinion, too heavy and not breathable enough. They simply are not a model designed for such conditions, so choosing them was a poor decision on my part. Additionally, I do not like the button-fly closure.
