A O-ring sealing system provides water resistance in line with IPX8 standards, allowing for continuous submersion up to 2 meters deep. The flashlight head is additionally guarded by a steel bezel at the front. This rugged construction ensures impact resistance from drops of up to 1.5 meters, as confirmed by the manufacturer. A dedicated hole in the body permits easy attachment of a lanyard or safety cord.
Easily alternate between diffused and focused beams (Floodlight/Spotlight) with the flashlight. Choose from seven brightness levels, lock or unlock the device, and enjoy instant access to Turbo, Strobe, and R/G/B modes using the advanced multifunctional rotary switch. Activating Turbo mode requires a quick double-press of the button, while Strobe mode engages with a triple-press. Unlock the flashlight by swiftly rotating the switch 90 degrees. Surrounding the switch, micro-LEDs display the battery status, present brightness setting, and selected light color.
At the heart of the flashlight lies advanced electronic circuitry, precisely managing the current supplied to the LEDs. This guarantees that the flashlight maintains consistent power output in the chosen mode right up until the battery is fully discharged. The LEDs receive protection from overheating in the highest output setting through the Active Thermal Management electronic system. Based on the selected mode, the system automatically adjusts the current and ensures stable illumination at 1600 lumens in Floodlight mode and 500 lumens in Spotlight mode. After powering off, giving the device time to cool, and switching it on again, maximum mode brightness is restored. The electronics are also tasked with mode switching and retain memory of the last mode in use.
