Omegon Dobson N 76/300 DOB Telescope

A compact Newtonian-type mirror telescope designed for beginner and intermediate astronomy enthusiasts. Thanks to its mirror optical design, eliminates chromatic aberration, providing bright and clear images of night sky objects.

The lens with an aperture of 76 mm and a focal length of 300 mm provides bright and clear images at magnifications from 11x to 152x. A moderate lens speed of f/3.95 ensures optimally balanced sharpness across the entire field of view. The objective lenses are coated with anti-reflective coatings to improve image contrast and brightness. The stellar range is 11.4 magnitudes, allowing for distant and clear observations. The set includes 4 eyepieces:

The telescope is equipped with a rack-and-pinion eyepiece focuser that allows the use of 1.25" eyepieces.

Dobsonian mount is a simple and very stable construction allowing easy rotation of the telescope in azimuth and altitude axis. The telescope is mounted on both sides in a fork mount, while the entire top part of the mount rotates at the base. A very low center of gravity and construction from fairly rigid materials make the telescope much more stable than with parallactic mounts.
