Opinel kitchen set featuring three knives and a peeler. All pieces in the set are crafted from high-grade Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel. Ergonomically designed handles are constructed from beech wood.

Lightweight and compact dimensions make the set ideal for traveling, camping, or outdoor activities.

Set includes the following:
- Knife with a plain edge blade, total length 195 mm,
- Knife with a serrated edge blade, total length 198 mm,
- Knife with a curved blade and integrated scraper, total length 168 mm,

Opinel is a French knife brand whose history dates back to 1890 in Savoy. The founder, Joseph Opinel, created the first folding knife, No. 08, which quickly became a symbol of everyday use thanks to its simplicity and functionality. In 1955, the Virobloc locking system was introduced, later modernized, which is still the hallmark of the brand today. In 1985, Opinel was recognized by the Victoria and Albert Museum as one of the 100 best-designed objects in the world, and the brand's knives also found their way into the MoMA collection in New York. Production takes place in Chambery, with an emphasis on quality and ecology - the wood comes from French forests and the waste is used to heat the factory. Among the famous users was Pablo Picasso, who used Opinel for carving, and the knives themselves have become a symbol of simplicity, durability, and the French lifestyle.

    The best set of kitchen knives I have ever used. Opinel has always been a good choice for me, but this set really surprised me in a positive way. I recommend it.

    If someone is wondering where the catch is, I'll tell you it's in the sharpening. There is burr (rolled material) on the cutting edges, and the tips are just blunt. However, this is actually good news. With a little bit of work, they'll be sharp. The manufacturer had to save on something to fit the product in this price range. It's better than, for example, poor fitting. Very good product, I recommend it!
