Peli Air Case 1615 Transport Case - Black

Black transport case made from durable and damage-resistant firm Peli's patented combination of HPX2 polymer materials. It effectively protects the contents during transport or storage. The model meets the IP67 waterproofing standard, protecting contents from water and dust. Additionally, it is protected against mechanical damage and pressure changes, ensuring safe transport during air travel.

The housing is made of impact-resistant HPX2 resin using injection molding. This material is highly resistant to mechanical damage, deformation, and atmospheric conditions such as moisture, dust, or variable temperatures while maintaining a low self-weight. The O-ring protected construction meets the IP67 standard, providing full dust protection and resistance to water immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The inside cover of the case is filled with resilient shock-absorbing foam that effectively dampens shocks and protects the contents from mechanical damage. The main compartment contains a yellow organizer providing a clear, contrasting interior layout, making equipment easy to locate even in low light. The structure of the inserts allows them to fit the shape of the transported equipment, increasing its stability and limiting movement during transport. This solution allows for individual adjustment of the protection level to the type of transported equipment, which is important for delicate, shock-resistant gear.

Reinforced lid secured by three sturdy Press and Pull self-locking clasps allowing easy one-handed operation, with additional securement provided by holes enabling padlocking to protect the contents. The open cargo space inside the case allows for flexible arrangement and organization of contents. Rubber-coated handles are located on the longer and shorter sides for a secure grip. Additionally, the shorter side features a pull-out transport handle.

The case meets the requirements of MIL-SPEC certification, confirming a professional level of protection in transporting sensitive equipment - its resistance includes low-temperature testing, vibration, and vertical impact according to DEF STAN 81-41, a standard used for military-grade equipment.

The case is equipped with an automatic pressure equalization valve that compensates pressure differences between the interior and the environment, making it easier to open after changes in altitude or temperature. The valve body is made from ABS and the vent element from hydrophobic Hi-Flow Gore-Tex fiber, supporting tightness and reliable protection of equipment in demanding transport conditions.

The case is additionally fitted with wheels made from abrasion-resistant PU, facilitating movement. The smooth operation of the wheels is ensured by steel ball bearings.
