The design has been created with demanding conditions in mind, where mechanical resistance and effective protection of equipment from external factors are crucial. The model is equipped with solid wheels and 2 handles.

The case is made from impact-resistant HPX resin via injection molding. The material is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and the effects of weather conditions such as moisture, dust, or fluctuating temperatures. The construction secured with an O-ring meets the IP67 seal standard, ensuring full protection against dust and resistance to immersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with resilient shock-absorbing foam, which effectively dampens vibrations and protects contents from mechanical damage. The structure of the inserts allows them to be tailored to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing its stability and limiting movement during transport. This solution allows individual customization of the protection level based on the type of equipment being transported, which is significant for delicate equipment.

The edges of the case are rounded and additionally reinforced, allowing for more effective dissipation of impact energy and reducing the risk of damage to both the casing and its contents. Hinges are mounted in reinforced structural zones, increasing their durability. This solution enhances the durability of the entire opening and closing mechanism. All metal components are made of stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion and long-term use in demanding environmental conditions.

The model uses an automatic Vortex valve for equalizing pressure between the interior of the case and the surroundings. This solution prevents a vacuum from forming, which could make it difficult to open the case, for instance, during air transport or use in a water environment. The valve operates automatically, responding to pressure differences without user intervention, increasing the convenience of the entire system's operation.

The case is equipped with 5 Press&Pull latches located on the front cover. The mechanism automatically locks upon closing, ensuring the seal and security of the transported contents. Opening occurs with a light press of the latch, allowing for hassle-free operation. The design of the case allows for the use of a padlock, enabling the contents to be secured against unauthorized access, both during transport and storage.

The case is equipped with 2 transport wheels and a handle located at the top, enabling convenient movement, especially with heavier loads. An additional side handle allows for comfortable hand-carrying of the case.
