Pentagon HCP 17 Pants - Cinder Grey
Engineered for performance in severe winter environments, these lightweight yet robust pants deliver reliable insulation in temperatures as low as -20 deg. C. Outfitted with a Storm|Tex membrane, they offer water resistance of 10000 mm/m2 and vapor permeability of 5000 g/m2, ensuring optimal protection and comfort during demanding weather conditions.
StormTex laminate and Nuva layer for water protection
Constructed with a StormTex laminate, the pants offer a waterproof protection rated at 10000 mm/m2. The interior features a lining made from 120Gsm Lithermo synthetic fabric, efficiently minimizing moisture absorption from the surroundings. The outer layer utilizes highly durable Talson material, finished with a Nuva coating possessing Teflon-like characteristics, further enhancing resistance to both water and stains.
4 roomy pockets and fleece lining
Easy waist adjustment is ensured by an elastic waistband, which can be precisely tailored using dedicated drawstrings. Five durable loops, each 1” wide, are situated at the hem. Secure closure is provided by a Canadian-style button and zipper.
Hand pockets feature a fleece lining to provide excellent warmth for your hands. The entire garment is equipped with a zipper fastening, which is concealed beneath a protective flap. Two large cargo pockets offer ample storage for essential gear such as a flashlight, compass, or wallet, always keeping them within easy reach. Snaps and Velcro ensure a secure, tight closure.
Both the main zipper and all pocket closures use zippers from the renowned Japanese brand YKK.
Ventilation holes for thermal comfort
Specially designed ventilation openings enhance breathability in hot conditions. A sliding zipper at the leg enables quick adjustment around footwear or easy removal without the need to take the shoes off. Adjustment at the leg cuffs is possible thanks to an elastic drawcord and Velcro closure.
