Constructed from 600D nylon, the bag utilizes a tightly woven synthetic material engineered for rugged applications. Renowned for its abrasion resistance, the fabric handles frequent use with ease and allows for straightforward cleaning of its surface. Enhanced by a rubberized bottom, the bag offers improved protection against ground contact and exposure to moisture.
Gain entry to the main compartment by opening the flap’s two-way SBS zipper, streamlining the packing process. The interior is equipped with dividers for systematically arranging gear, as well as a zippered mesh pocket designed for storing smaller accessories.
Externally, a velcro pocket provides quick access to essential items, complemented by two spacious side pockets secured with zippers. A transparent ID window is also featured, enabling rapid identification.
Carrying handles equipped with soft padding provide enhanced comfort while transporting the bag. A shoulder strap is also included for convenient shoulder carry. Greek Lizard serves as the standard camouflage pattern employed by the Greek Armed Forces, directly inspired by the French Lizard pattern (Tap47) that saw widespread use in the mid-20th century. The Greek adaptation was specifically modified and refined to meet the demands of Greece’s unique environment—predominantly mountainous, rocky, and featuring sparse vegetation. Featuring horizontal, irregular stripes in various shades of olive green, brown, and black, Greek Lizard camouflage is set against a lighter base color, typically sand or light green. While retaining the trademark striped arrangement of the original French design, the color palette has been tailored for Mediterranean landscapes. For decades, Greek Lizard represented the primary camouflage for Greek field uniforms and continues to be issued, particularly among ground forces.
