Faithfully recreated, this compact revolver takes inspiration from the original Remington Model 1863 crafted by the American manufacturer. Enhanced with a closed frame, the construction delivers superior durability and reliability. The absence of a trigger guard further minimizes the weapon’s dimensions, optimizing it for pocket carry and effective concealed use.
Designated as the New Pocket, this percussion-cap, black powder revolver utilizes a 5-shot cylinder. The firearm loads from the muzzle and features a .31 caliber forged steel barrel measuring 3.5 inches. Polished brass forms both the frame and pistol grip structure, while the grip panels are fashioned from walnut wood.
Sighting systems include a brass semicircular front sight combined with a rear sight presented as a notch within the frame. Utilizing a Single Action mode trigger mechanism, the revolver incorporates a hinged lever ramrod beneath the barrel. The ramrod narrows towards the rear end, resulting in an overall sleeker profile.
A further advantage is the option to rapidly detach the cylinder within seconds and replace it with a pre-loaded spare.

F.lli Pietta is an Italian manufacturer from Brescia, founded in 1963 by Giuseppe Pietta, which has combined tradition with precision craftsmanship from the very beginning. In 1966, the first shotguns were produced, and by 1974, the company had gained international recognition by fulfilling a contract for 10 000 replicas of revolvers such as the 1851 Navy, Colt Army, Remington, Paterson, and Le Mat. This success cemented Pietta's position as a specialist in faithful reconstructions of 19th-century weapons. The brand was one of the first to introduce the "100% made in Italy" label, emphasizing the quality of its products. Today, run by the founder's sons, Alessandro and Alberto, it is one of the most respected manufacturers of historical replicas, chosen by collectors, reenactors, and shooting enthusiasts around the world.
