Thermal riflescope designed for accurate firing both during the day and at night. The Thermion 2 LRF XG50 model is equipped with a fixed optical magnification of 3x. For greater precision, the riflescope offers digital zoom in the 3-24x range, making it easier to spot objects at distances of up to 2300 meters. The thermal scope is also equipped with a laser rangefinder with a range of up to 800 m, which enables quick distance measurement to the observed target with an accuracy of +/- 1 m.

The thermal scope is equipped with a sensor with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels and a pixel pitch of 12 µm. The sensor sensitivity allows it to detect temperature differences below 40 mK. The display is made in AMOLED HD technology and features a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. The high-contrast display ensures better colour reproduction, energy savings, quick response, and a smooth image during observation even in freezing conditions. Built-in controllers with function buttons located on the tube are used to operate the thermal scope.

The thermal riflescope has eight image display modes that facilitate the recognition and identification of observed objects:
- White Hot - for detecting objects,
- Black Hot - for detecting objects,
- Red Hot - for detecting objects,
- RedMonochrome - for long nighttime observation,
- Rainbow - for recognition and identification,
- Ultramarine - for recognition and identification,
- Violet - for long nighttime observation,
- Sepia - for long nighttime observation.

The riflescope is equipped with ten types of reticles (D50i, C50i, X54i, H50i, X50i, T54i, M58i, X51Fi-300, M56Fi (Mil-Dot), M57Fi (Mil-Dot)) in four different colours displayed electronically in the same plane as the target. The wide selection of available options makes it easier to choose the right reticle for the prevailing conditions. The thermal scope is equipped with five ballistic profiles, each with memory for ten zeroing distances. The built-in picture-in-picture function (picture-in-picture) allows magnification of the central part of the image in the displayed window. The displayed window occupies 10% of the total display area and makes target recognition easier.

The model also features the function of saving photos or videos to the built-in internal memory of 16 GB. Files can also be transferred directly to a phone or tablet via Wi-Fi with the StreamVision 2 application installed on it. The integrated Wi-Fi module allows, for example, a phone with the StreamVision 2 application to be used as an external display or for remote control of the device. The Thermion 2 model is also equipped with diopter adjustment to improve user comfort.

The scope body is made of a aluminum alloy resistant to mechanical damage and shocks. The material used means that the sight can be used with firearms generating recoil energy of up to 6000 J (e.g. .375 H&H, 9,3 x 64). Thanks to its compact design and the use of seals, the thermal scope housing meets the IPX7 waterproof rating, providing protection against water at a depth of up to 1 m for 30 minutes. The operating temperature range in which the thermal scope can be used is from -25 to +50 degrees Celsius.

The thermal scope is powered by two rechargeable batteries: the first one built into the body with a capacity of 4900 mAh and the second removable APS2 with a capacity of 2000 mAh. The dual power supply allows the Thermion 2 to operate for up to 10 hours. The thermal scope is compatible with APS3 rechargeable batteries (not included) when using the APS3 adapter (included). The built-in USB Type-C port also allows the device to be used with a connected power bank extending operating time. The Display OFF power-saving mode allows the display to be turned off without having to switch off the thermal scope.

The Thermion 2 LRF XG50 thermal riflescope is equipped with a 30 mm tube.

Pulsar

Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Pulsar.

Pulsar, part of the European Yukon Group, is a thermal imaging and digital day-and-night optics brand based in Lithuania. It was established in 1991 on the initiative of a group of enthusiasts who assembled their first devices in a basement, and today it employs more than 1,200 people and operates in over 70 countries. All Pulsar products are made in Europe, and the brand became known for innovations such as digital scopes with the one-shot zero function, enabling quick zeroing, and Dual-Purpose solutions combining the functions of a monocular and a scope. Its modern approach is also highlighted by the Stream Vision 2 app, which allows devices to connect to smartphones via Wi-Fi for remote control, image transfer, or software updates. In 2005, Yukon Group was the first company to introduce digital night vision scopes to the civilian market, starting a new era of accessible optoelectronics. In 2012, the first mass-produced thermal imaging monocular for civilians appeared - Quantum, and in 2019 the compact Axion XM30, capable of detecting a human silhouette from a distance of 1350 meters in complete darkness.
