Just like the opinion above/below. This is not a hydrogel pad, just a sachet with jelly. If you leave it in the car – goodbye, you have mush stuck to the packaging, you can at most scrape it out with a spoon and spread it on the wound like Nutella on bread. Completely useless and in quick rescue actions absolutely useless.
