The M05 Woodland camouflage backpack offers a 55-liter capacity, engineered for extended outings and challenging environments. Padded shoulder straps, an adjustable and removable hip belt, along with an internal aluminum frame, provide superior comfort when transporting cumbersome or unevenly distributed loads.

The main compartment is secured using a collar with a drawstring closure. A zipper located at the base of the backpack enables rapid access to the lower section of the interior, eliminating the need to open the top flap. Within the flap, a zippered pocket provides a safe place for items such as documents, keys, or a phone.
The inner rear panel features a dedicated hydration cartridge compartment. The central port enables the tube to be passed through the back of the backpack and draped over either shoulder.
Velcro panel
Positioned on the front of the flap is a velcro panel, designed for easy attachment of patches or emblems, such as national flags, unit insignias, or so-called Morale Patches.
MOLLE/PALS tapes, compression straps

Ergonomically shaped, padded S-curved shoulder straps with a removable chest strap, along with a soft, adjustable hip belt featuring a detachable construction and an adjustable circumference ranging from 70 to 140 cm, deliver enhanced stability and comfort on extended treks. The hip belt incorporates a quick-release buckle and an additional insert designed to support the lower back.

M05 Camouflage
The M05 camouflage (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) represents a series of pixelated camouflage patterns adopted by the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005, replacing the earlier M91 pattern. Its development relied on digital analysis of photographs taken by the Finnish Forest Research Institute across various seasons in Finnish forests. Several variants belong to the M05 series, including woodland, snow, and cold weather patterns.
In the primary woodland version, M05 features a combination of light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite patches, mimicking the natural textures of Finnish woodland. The M05 Woodland camouflage, due to the similarity in flora and terrain, also provides high effectiveness for concealment in the forests of Central and Eastern Europe, blending seamlessly into the environment.
