Another very well-made product from Savotta, with very well-functioning zippers. They do not skimp on the quality of materials, thanks to which I have equipment for years. Worth every penny spent.
Savotta Side Pouch 4 l - M05 Finnish Woodland Camo
A side pocket with a capacity of 4 liters in M05 Finnish Woodland Camo camouflage, made of durable Cordura 500D, a material known for its exceptional resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The bottom and sides of the pocket are additionally reinforced, increasing durability during field use. The materials used meet NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, meaning reduced visibility in the infrared spectrum. The pocket is closed with a zipper.
Covered zipper, vertical stabilizing strip
The zipper has been covered, which increases resistance to moisture, dirt, and abrasion. A vertical strap is placed on the front, stabilizing the backpack’s compression straps while allowing them to function effectively during compression of the bag’s contents. The design is completed with a drainage hole at the bottom, which allows water and debris to be expelled in field conditions.
25 mm tape loop, D-ring
A 25 mm strap loop and a D-ring are located at the top of the rear inner wall to secure small and valuable items. The flat rear compartment makes it easy to organize smaller items.
A PALS attachment system with tabs is located at the rear.

M05 Camouflage
The M05 camouflage (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) is a family of pixelated camouflage patterns introduced into the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005 as a successor to the M91 pattern. It was developed based on digital analysis of photographs of Finnish forests taken in different seasons by the Finnish Forest Research Institute. The M05 family includes several variants, such as woodland, snow, and cold weather.
The main woodland version of M05 consists of patches in light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite, effectively replicating the structure of Finnish forests. Due to similar vegetation and terrain conditions, the M05 Woodland camouflage also performs well in the forests of Central and Eastern Europe, providing effective concealment in natural surroundings.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
