Sig Sauer P229 RX 4.5 mm Air Pistol - Black

Air pistol with a rifled barrel in caliber 4.5 mm, powered by a CO2 12 g capsule. The model is a faithful replica of the Sig Sauer P229. The replica is made almost entirely of metal. As in the original, the grip scales are made of durable plastic with a non-slip texture. The markings of Sig Sauer, as in the firearm original, are applied to the slide.

The air pistol is powered by a CO2 12 g capsule. The model utilizes a patented cam-lever CO2 loading system hidden in an ergonomic grip scale, allowing for quick capsule replacement without the use of tools. This solution enables smooth operation even with one hand, enhancing user convenience and reducing preparation time for shooting. The pistol's sealed gas system allows for an muzzle velocity of around 116 m/s.

The trigger mechanism operates in SA/DA system (single action/double action) - this means that shooting is possible after cocking the hammer (single action) or with so-called self-cocking - pressing the trigger fully first cocks the hammer, then releases it, firing the shot (double action). Hammer cocking is only possible with the pistol unsecured. On the left side of the pistol, there is a lever for releasing the cocked hammer (the so-called decocker), which also serves as a safety against accidental discharge. The barrel ends with an M14 x 1 CCW thread with a knurled protective nut, allowing the attachment of compatible muzzle accessories.

The model is equipped with a revolver magazine built with a connector, on the rotation axes of which are two revolver rings each holding 8 pellets, wadcutter pellets (Diabolo type) or steel BBs. After firing one ring - eight shots, the magazine must be rotated 180 degrees, allowing for another eight shots. Pellets are fired at a speed of up to 116 m/s depending on pellet weight. The magazine is released by pressing the button located at the base of the trigger guard on the left side of the pistol.

The model features a Blow-Back system causing slide recoil with each shot, further enhancing the realism of use. Milling on the rear of the slide facilitates reloading, and the profiled top of the grip protects the shooter's hand from being hit when the slide moves back.

The air pistol uses mechanical sighting devices in the form of a front sight and rear sight with applied white markings for faster aiming.

The slide and pistol body are made of metal, the grip scales of durable polymer. The scales feature a non-slip, porous texture. The elongated magazine design significantly facilitates and speeds up the reloading process. The easily accessible double-sided safety assists in protecting the user from accidental discharge.

Under the barrel is a 22 mm RIS rail, allowing for the attachment of additional accessories such as a laser sight or flashlight. On the top of the slide, there is a milling enabling the mounting of collimators (a special plate is required for mounting a collimator).
