A loaf of pytlowy bread offering an extended shelf life of up to 24 months. Crafted with natural sourdough and free from added preservatives. Ideal for military, survivalists, sailing, or outdoor activities.
Double foil layers provide effective protection against moisture and other external influences. These layers help preserve the original flavor throughout the entire storage period.
The bread is prepared from rye flour with wheat flour added. Each loaf weighs 400 g, and its shape makes it convenient to transport and store.
Within its best-before date, the bread can be easily revitalized using various methods: - Microwave—after removing the outer foil, heat the loaf in a microwave for 3 minutes at 900W, then take off the inner foil and slice. - Oven—after taking off the outer foil, place the loaf in a preheated oven at 90-100 deg. C for about 30 minutes, remove the inner foil, allow to cool, then slice. - Toaster—after removing both foils, slice the loaf and toast as desired. - Water—without removing the foil, immerse the bread in water at 90 deg. C for about 30 minutes, cool, remove the foil, and slice after an additional 20 minutes. - Chemical flameless heater—placing the loaf, still in the foil, in the heater and adding water to the designated chemical insert.
Due to its composition, the bread contains living cultures of lactic acid bacteria and more than 30% additional fiber compared to standard wheat bread. High levels of B vitamins, such as niacin, and vitamin E are also present.
The Polish Armed Forces have repeatedly used this bread for peacekeeping missions as well as by Civil Defense units during emergency situations.
