Chest Rig style tactical vest crafted from highly durable and abrasion-resistant 700D Cordura IRR material, designed to effectively reduce detection by night vision devices. The Tasmanian Tiger MK II Chest Rig features two side cargo pockets with dual-direction zippers and four Velcro-flap pouches for rifle magazines compatible with G36, SIG, AUG, M4, M16, and STG platforms. An additional compartment is included for ballistic inserts.
Horizontal webbing is stitched onto the pockets and pouches, fully compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system for modular expansion with extra pouches and accessories. D-rings and attachment straps on each shoulder enable mounting of extra gear such as pouches, flashlights, or knives. Wide shoulder straps and a main panel lined with soft, non-slip mesh fabric and padded with foam ensure comfort and breathability during extended use. The vest offers vertical and horizontal adjustability and is secured with a lower back strap and two shoulder straps.
A sewn-on Velcro panel allows easy attachment of patches or emblems such as national flags, unit insignias, or Morale Patches, giving the vest a customized appearance.
The Tasmanian Tiger Chest Rig MK II IRR complies with German Bundeswehr TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 standards for IRR camouflage effectiveness (IRR 650 – 1250nm/10 – 42%).
