The design incorporates a main compartment that opens via a dual-direction zipper. Pull tabs positioned at the zipper ends offer easy use even when wearing gloves. The interior features an internal panel secured by Velcro, equipped with adjustable bungee cords for securing essential medical instruments, as well as integrated elastic loops.
Moreover, the backpack provides: - 4 internal transparent pockets, each with colored markers and Velcro closures (secured with zippers) - a built-in internal pocket with divided compartments (closed with a zipper) - a streamlined slip pocket located at the rear - a back compartment sealed with a zipper - a front section that closes with a zipper - an external buckle closure specifically designed for securing scissors.
Owing to the removable panel and multiple Velcro straps, personalized organization of the backpack's interior is ensured. Additionally, Laser Cut MOLLE-compatible slots are integrated on both the front and sides, facilitating the attachment of extra pouches, pockets, or containers. The included set features two clips for attaching blankets or sleeping bags to the exterior.
The carrying system utilizes detachable, generously padded shoulder straps covered with soft materials along with a waist and chest strap. These components fasten with quick-release buckles and offer adjustability for an ergonomic fit.
Retractable carry handles ensure the backpack can be quickly transported in emergencies. Large Velcro panels, sewn onto the front, provide space for affixing patches or insignia.

A very solid medical backpack. An additional row of PALS/MOLLE cuts at the bottom on the sides would be useful. Currently, there are 3 rows which allow for stable attachment of e.g., tourniquet pouches, and a fourth row would enable even more stable mounting of a 'general' pocket. When filled, the backpack sits well on a plate carrier, although at first you have to struggle a bit with fastening it and adjusting (tightening all the straps so it fits snugly). Inside, there are detachable pockets and a panel with Velcro and bungee cord—which allow for very good organization of gear. Additionally, there is a large pocket on the front, ideal for larger items (such as splint rails). The set includes a small signaling panel. Overall—a very good backpack. In the category of medical backpacks, so far (2025) we do not have a large choice in PL, and this TT is one of the more interesting options.
