Backpack purchased for my son for school. It seems well-made and from good materials. The backpack is very roomy, with plenty of pockets. An advantage is the possibility to adjust its size, for example, with the side straps when it is less loaded. First carrying impression: comfortable, shoulder straps do not dig into the shoulders.
Texar Traper 35 l Backpack Black
The 3-Day Pack backpack features compartments designed to organize and carry gear essential for extended, multi-day excursions. Ideal for both hiking and survival scenarios.
Crafted from highly durable 1000D polyester, the fabric resists tears and abrasion.
Carrying system with contoured harnesses and chest and waist belt
A carrying system featuring a padded, ergonomically shaped back with ventilation channels ensures optimal air circulation and effective breathability for your back. Contoured shoulder straps enhance comfort, while stable transport of a fully loaded pack is achieved through fully and continuously adjustable straps, along with a chest strap and a hip belt.
Numerous pockets, laptop compartment
Equipped with five external pockets, the backpack provides ample storage options. The main compartment accommodates a sleeping bag, rations, or extra clothing with ease. Along the back panel, an internal compartment is designed to hold items such as an A4 folder. Opposite this, within the main section, a smaller zippered pocket offers quick access for essential items.
Situated in front of the main compartment, adjacent to the back, a slim compartment is tailored for a laptop. An additional compartment pocket is also integrated in this section for further organization.
For efficient organization and rapid access to smaller gear, the backpack features four smaller pockets on the front panel, which include two flat pockets. The sizing of these compartments is ideal for carrying compact electronics like a digital camera or GPS, as well as essentials such as glasses or a mobile phone. Flat pockets serve well for storing documents or similar items.
Zippered pockets
All pockets are secured with zippers – robust, spiral, featuring two-way closures, except for the flat pockets, which utilize a single-direction zipper. Opening and closing actions are effortless, quick, and silent. Unnecessary metal parts have been eliminated to prevent any rattling noises from components striking each other.
Molle system, velcro panels, D-rings
Outstanding modular capability is provided by the incorporation of the MOLLE system, featuring straps positioned on both the front and sides for versatile gear attachment and accessibility customization. The front straps include a velcro system for easy attachment of emblems like a national flag, unit insignia, or Morale Patches.
Equipped with D-rings—closed, "D"-shaped grommets—this backpack allows for secure attachment of tactical gear. The front also includes an adjustable cord designed for hooking on additional equipment.
compensation straps
The external dimensions of the backpack can be adjusted to match the volume of gear carried, thanks to compensation straps—two located on each side.
By tightening these straps, the backpack can be compressed, for example, when the main compartment is empty but the smaller pockets are loaded. This feature ensures the pack maintains both its stability and an appealing profile.

After about four months it started to fray significantly, threads are sticking out from many places and look unattractive, the hip belt is almost torn off (see photo), the backpack is quite spacious (not proportional to its durability), it does have plenty of pockets and served me well for those few months.

Really great backpack, made very solidly from good materials, very spacious, I even managed to fit a laptop. Price matches quality, it has straps where you can attach additional pockets, e.g. first aid kit. Highly recommended.

I've had the backpack for 6 years now and I'm very satisfied. It happened a few times that it started to tear in places (with a really heavy load), but after small fixes done by a tailor, everything is fine. Really spacious, thanks to the numerous pockets you can organize your gear sensibly. Good quality and price.

Very comfortable and spacious backpack! A large number of external pockets allows for convenient arrangement of equipment. The quality of the used materials is very good.

I've been using it for a month, and I think that despite its "difference" in design, the backpack is quite nice to use. Something doesn't fit in the pocket? Just tighten the flap and nothing falls out. Comfortable to wear, although it sticks out oddly on the shoulders – maybe it's meant to be worn with the chest strap fastened (by the way, the chest strap doesn't hold well; it came off by itself, but that's a minor issue). Lots of pockets, well thought out, you have to get used to the smaller pocket near the back and the larger 'second' one, which is meant for carrying a laptop, though I don't know how well that works – probably only standard 15-16" will fit. I recommend it :D

I've been using it for 6 years, I highly recommend it. Its design allows you to significantly increase the load capacity without additional modules—you just need to plan it well. While moving out of the dorm, I fit almost the whole room into it, including a kettle, toaster, pillow, bedding, clothes, food, and many, many other things. Compression straps can be used to carry rolled-up blankets, pillows, a quilt, or a sleeping pad. Under the flap you can also hide something large and clamp it with the visible vertical strap so it won't fall out. I recommend it.

Very nice, spacious, and well-thought-out backpack. It has a downside. The side MOLLE system is very narrow. I barely managed to attach the purchased bag. The front ones are wider, although not all of them. Despite minor flaws, I highly recommend it.

The backpack is great. Very good stiffening (just right), straps integrated with the flap and the part that sits on your back, so you don't have to worry about it tearing or ripping. The number of pockets is super, and the laptop compartment can still fit a folder with documents or a back protector (which could be important for motorcyclists ????). You can detach the hip belt. Overall impression is excellent, I recommend it for everyday use. Works great on a motorcycle too, you can fit a change of clothes, a laptop, lunch for work, and some odds and ends. The wide handle on the top makes it easy to grab with gloves on.

Very nice, spacious and well-thought-out backpack. Highly recommended.

Solid backpack. I've had it for a year and it serves me well. I recommend it.

Backpack made from high-quality materials. I like the extra external pockets where you can separately pack sorted things (e.g., first aid kit, ropes, etc.). The overlapping flap on the backpack allows you to attach a sleeping bag, mat, etc., underneath. On the other hand, the two main compartments are divided and small, making it hard to fit larger things inside. Plus for MOLLE. For longer trips, it's a bit uncomfortable to carry — the shoulder straps are spaced too wide at the top (subjectively for me).
-
Great and large backpack with plenty of pockets. Many configuration options. It is very comfortable and handy.
-
Sleek, durable, comfortable, and roomy backpack.

The backpack is very durable and solid, and it also looks "tough". It survived a few trips to the seaside, where I carried gear for myself, my wife, and our two children. Nice capacity and the possibility to tighten it when it's not full. The flap is perfect for quickly storing a jacket/blanket, etc. The Molle system allows for additional modifications. For weekly bonfires, it's simply ideal—you can pack lots of beer and meat. I recommend it.
